Adding visitors in bulk

A host can use the bulk add operation to add multiple visitors to a Visit simultaneously. The bulk add operation uses a CSV or TXT file that contains records of data fields that correspond to the Active Fields for the active Visit Site. See Visit Site Editor Active Fields tab for more information. The fields in the record are delimited by commas. Each record represents a visitor. You can add multiple files into the same Visit.

Before bulk adding visitors to a Visit, ensure that you complete the following procedure:

• Ensure that your Visit Site has the Email Address Visitor field set to Is Mandatory. See Visit Site Editor Active Fields tab.
• Ensure that you have Can Host Visits enabled in your Personnel record.
