Visit Site Editor
The Visit Site editor allows you to define Visit Sites that can be used by Hosts to create and manage Visits using the Visitor Management application in C•CURE Portal. See the C•CURE Portal.
Visit Sites also group together visitors, hosts, and visits that can be available through the Check-in Kiosk application.
Sites usually correspond to different physical locations for visits. They can also be used to segment Hosts and Visits for multi-tenant configurations.
Example:
Three different companies reside in a building managed by C•CURE 9000. Each company's floor is set up as a separate Visit site, so that Hosts at a company can only set up Visits to the company they represent.
Visit Sites allow you to define multiple discrete sites for Visits within one C•CURE 9000 system. Each site can have:
- Different Personnel fields visible in the Visit Web Portal to be filled in by a Host.
- Different text Instructions and Attachments (such as Documents) that can be emailed to Visitors.
- Different Clearance(s) assigned to the Visitors via Visit templates. See Creating a Visit Template.
- Different additional custom information collected about visits using Visit UDFs.
Each Host can be assigned to one or more Visit Sites, depending on whether they can host visits at only one location in the site or at several.
Operations performed in the Administration Workstation application (such as moving Visitors, Visit Sites, Clearances, or Visit Templates from one partition to another) might require Visit Site configuration changes.
Conversely, Visit Site configuration changes might alter the relationships between these objects, in some cases affecting the Visitor Management Web Portal adversely.
