Performing a bulk add operation
To bulk add Visitors to a specific Visit, complete the following steps:

Select any of the following options:
- Create a new visit from the Reception application. For more information, see Creating a New Visit in the Reception web interface.

Create a new visit from the Visitor Management application. For more information, see Creating a Visit from the Web Portal.

Edit an existing visit. For more information, see Editing a Visit.
- Click Import Visitors.
- Click Choose File.

In the Open File dialog box, navigate to the .csv or .txt file that
contains the visitor data. Click Open to add all visitor data to the
Visit.
Note: There is a limit of 5000 entries for each bulk add operation. If you add any files with more than 5000 entries it produces an error and the Visitor data does not upload. Break the data into two or more files if you have more than 5000 visitors.
If a Personnel record exists that matches the data, they appear in the list of visitors in the current Visit.
If a Personnel record does not exist that matches the data, the bulk add operation creates a visitor and adds them to the list of visitors in the current visit.
