Visit Filter Definitions

Field/Button	Description
Visitor Name	Search for a Visit that includes the specified text in the Visitor name field.
Host Name	Search for a Visit which includes the specified text in the Host name field.
Visit Name	Search for a Visit by Name (will also search through the Visits with auto-generated names).
Visitor Instructions	You can search for Visits that include text in the Visitor Instructions field.
After (On or After This Date)	List Visits scheduled to complete on or after the date entered. Because the filter applies to the end date, it will show visits that start before the specified day in the calendar If you choose past Visits or future Visits and then change to Search for Visit, it will automatically set the Date fields correctly based on past or future, so you can refine those searches more.
Before (On or Before This Date)	List Visits scheduled to start on or before the date entered.

Visitor Name

Search for a Visit that includes the specified text in the Visitor name field.

Host Name

Search for a Visit which includes the specified text in the Host name field.

Visit Name

Search for a Visit by Name (will also search through the Visits with auto-generated names).

You can search for Visits that include text in the Visitor Instructions field.
