C•CURE Portal

The C•CURE Portal is a web-based application that works together with C•CURE 9000 Visitor and Access Management. The C•CURE portal consists these options:

  • The Visitor Management web application that allows Visit Hosts to log on and create and customize the Visits they are hosting. See Visitor Management System Concepts.
  • The Access Management web application, including the Access Requester and Access Approver web interfaces, that allows personnel to directly manage formal clearance requests as part of an access management workflow. See Access Management System Concepts.
  • The Reception portal that allows an untrained receptionist or guard to manage visitors with minimal computer interaction. See C•CURE Portal Reception.

To use the C•CURE Portal, personnel must register for access as a Host, Access Approver, or Access Requester. After logging on to the C•CURE Portal, depending on the user's access permissions, the user selects the appropriate application from a list of applications. If the user has just one role assigned, the C•CURE Portal automatically opens the relevant application after logon.
