Checking visitors in

To check visitors in, complete the following steps:

  1. Select one of the following options:
    • From the Visit editor, click Save and Check In.
    • From the Visit Dynamic View, right-click a Visit and select Check Visitors In.
  2. Select the Visitors to check in by clicking the check box for that Visitor.
  3. Select one of the following options:
    • Click Check In to check in the selected Visitors.
    • Click Check In and Print Badges to check in the selected Visitors and print badges for the selected Visitors using the C•CURE ID Print Badge function.
    • Note: This button is enabled only if one or more of the Visitors has a Credential assigned.
  4. Click Print Instructions to print the contents of the Instructions field for the Visitors.
When you check in Visitors, the hosts of a Visit are automatically notified by email . The email contains the portrait thumbnail of the Visitors that have been checked in if an image has been added to their personnel record.
