Adding a Document to a Visit

You can add a Private Document to a Visit from the Visit Documents tab.

To Add a Private Document to a Visit
  1. Create a new Visit or access an existing one on the Visit Editor.
  2. Click the Documents tab.
  3. Click Add Private Document. A new row appears in the Visit Attachments table.
  4. Click Import File. A Windows Import Document from file dialog box opens.
  5. Navigate to the file you want to add, select it, and click Open.

    The File is entered in the row with its file name in the Document Origin field.

  6. Click Save to save the Document, or Save and Close to save the Document and close the Visit editor.
    Note: The maximum number of documents that you can add to a Visit is 5.
