Check In Visitors Definitions

The fields and buttons on this screen are described in Check In Visitors Definitions.

Field/Button Description

Check In

Check this box if you want to check in this Visitor when you click the Check In or Check In and Print Badges button.

Clear this box if you do not want to check in this Visitor.

On Watchlist

Shows if a Visitor is on the Watchlist or not. If a Visitor is on the Watchlist, the check box displays as checked with a red background. For more information about the Watchlist, refer to the C•CURE 9000 Personnel Configuration Guide.

First Name

The first name of the Visitor.

Last Name

The last name of the Visitor.

Number of Visits

The number of Visits, including this one, that this Visitor has participated in.

Last Visited

The Date and Time of this Visitor's last visit, displayed in the time zone of the Visit.

Card Number

The Card Number of the Credential issued to this Visitor.

Instructions

Any instructions for the Visit, such as directions to the Visit area. You can type instruction text into this fields, then print the text to be given to the Visitor.

View Visit

Click to open the Visit Editor.

Note: If you have read-only access to the Visit record the Visit Editor opens in read-only mode.

Print Instructions

Click to print the contents of the Instructions field.

Check In button

Click to check in one or more Visitors. The Visitors with a Check mark in the Check In field are checked in, and any Temporary Credentials they have been issues are Activated.

Check In and Print Badges button

Click to check in one or more Visitors, and print their badges. The Visitors with a Check mark in the Check In field are checked in, and the C•CURE ID Print Badges function is called to print badges for the Visitors. A Badge Layout must be specified on the Personnel Badging Tab.

Close

Click to close the Check In Visitors screen.
