Visitor Personnel Type

If you have licensed the Visitor Management application, a default Visitor Personnel Type is created when the application is installed. This created Personnel Type has the Can Be Visitor check box selected by default, so that there is a Personnel Type that can be used for Visitor Management.

If you have previously created a Personnel Type called Visitor, no additional type is added.

For the Visitor Management application to work correctly, at least one Personnel Type must have Can Be Visitor enabled. If there is no Personnel Type with Can Be Visitor enabled, a warning is displayed when you try to create a new Personnel record for a Visit, or when you try to select an existing Personnel record for a Visit. You can create several Personnel Type objects with the option Can Be Visitor enabled.
