Visitor Management Application Actions
The following actions can be completed by a Host in the Visitor Management Application:
- Create Visits that include the visitors and host(s), as well as details about the Visit - Creating a Visit from the Web Portal.
- Add instructions for the visit and attach documents pertinent to the visit - Attaching Documents to a Visit.
- Search for existing Visits - Search for Visit.
- Edit existing Visits - Editing a Visit.
- Create New Visitor records and add Visitors to Visits - Creating New Visitor and Add a Visitor.
- Delete an existing visit - Deleting a Visit.
- Email visitors and hosts the details about the visit - Email a Visit to All Visitors and Hosts.
