Configuring Personnel to access the C•CURE Portal

You can configure C•CURE 9000 personnel profiles so that users can access the applications in the C•CURE Portal.

Use a Quick Search to find all the Personnel records which have Can Host Visits selected.

For each Personnel record found, ensure that the Email field contains a valid Email address.

For each Host Personnel record found, configure the Host for basic authentication or Windows authentication.

Send an email to each of the hosts, requesters or approvers with instructions for registering to access the C•CURE Portal.

Configuring access to the Visitor Management application

Create and configure a Visit Site object containing the proper privileges to allow the hosts to operate as desired.

In the Visit Site object Hosts tab, assign all hosts who you want to be able to use the Web Portal. (Or, you can configure the Visit Web Portal to be useable by all hosts).
