Hosts

A Host is a person who is coordinating one or more visits, who can log on to the C•CURE Portal to create and edit Visits on authorized Visit Sites. See Host Details. Usually Hosts of a Visit also accompany Visitors during the duration of the Visit.

Hosts get email notification when the receptionist, or an automated process, checks a visitor in. Hosts can also get notifications after a visit record is created, which allows the hosts to store visit information in their calendars outside of C•CURE 9000.
