Viewing Documents Attached to a Visit

  1. On the Visitor Management application, select a Visit Site. See Selecting a Visit Site from the Visitor Management application.
  2. Select any of the following options:
    • Click the visit's name.
    • Right-click a visit and select Edit.
    • Click a visit's options button and select Edit.

    The Edit Visit screen is displayed.

  3. Click the Documents tab.
  4. In the Documents section, or the Visit Site Documents section, select any of the following options:
    • Click the document's name.
    • Right-click a document and select Edit.
    • Click a document's options button and select Edit.

    The document opens in a viewer, if one is available.

    Note: Depending on your internet browser, some options may not be available.
