Email to a Host with Access Management options enabled
If the personnel profile of a Host has been modified to enable Access Management options, the Email message is:

You have been authorized to use this web portal to manage visitors who come to see you. You will be able to add visits and visitors, and see existing scheduled visits.
--- Access Requester allows you to submit access requests, which when approved will allow the personnel you have requested to gain access to the places (clearances) you have asked for.
--- Access Approver allows you to approve or reject access requests which others have submitted, thus granting or denying access to the personnel in those requests.
