Viewing Visitor activity

The Visitor Activity window shows the activity of a Visitor, such as check-ins, check-outs, and clearance assignments or removals.

  1. In the Visitors list, click the options button for a Visitor.
  2. From the context menu, click View Activity.
  3. Optional: On the Visitor Activity screen, filter the activities from the Filtering Tools pane.
    • To show Visitors who are checked in, from the Activity drop-down menu, click Checked In.
    • To show Visitors who are checked out, from the Activity drop-down menu, click Checked Out.
    • To search for activity from a specific time period, in the Message Local Time field, enter a time, date, month, or year.
    • To search for a specific message, in the Message Text field, enter a message.
    • To apply the filters, click the Apply button.
    • To clear all filters, click the Clear button.
