Enabling Visitor label printing

Visitor labels are stickers that visitors wear to display information similar to a C•CURE ID badge. You can use the C•CURE ID Badge Designer to design a Visitor label. Refer to the Badge Layout chapter in the C•CURE 9000 Personnel Configuration Guide for more information.

To enable Visitor label printing, complete the following tasks:

• Configure a Visitor label for your chosen Visit Site. For more information, refer to the Badge Layout chapter in the C•CURE 9000 Personnel Configuration Guide.
• Select a Visitor Label Layout for your chosen Visit Site. For more information, see Visit Site General Tab Definitions.
• Ensure that you use an AirPrint enabled printer to print the Visitor labels.
• Ensure that you have a PDF reader installed on your browser or PC.
  Note: If you do not select a Visitor label layout for your Visit Site, you cannot print Visitor labels for that Visit Site.
