QR code troubleshooting

If either of the following errors occur, verify that the QR code is one that was generated by the system.

• If you try to check in a Visitor but the check-in site is incorrect, the check-in fails, and an error message displays.
• If you scan a QR code that does not reference the C•CURE Portal system and an invalid data error message displays.
