Sending an assistance request for a Visitor

  1. On the Reception portal, in the Visitors list, navigate to a Visitor who needs assistance.
  2. Select either of the following options:
    • Right-click the Visitor
    • Click the Visitor's options button.

  3. From the context menu, click Assist.

    The request for assistance is sent to the Monitoring Station and appears in the Activity Viewer.
