Configuring the check-in site in the Administration Workstation
Before the Receptionist starts any tasks in the Reception portal, configure the check-in site in C•CURE 9000 Administration Workstation.
- In the C•CURE 9000 Administration Workstation, open the C•CURE Portal dynamic view.
- From the drop-down list, select Check-in Site and click the green arrow.

To open the Check-in Site editor, create a new check-in site or edit an
existing check-in site:
- To create a new check-in site, click New.
- To edit an existing check-in site, in the dynamic view, double-click a check-in site.
- On the General tab, define the data collection options required when the visitor is checking-in to the Visit Site. For more information, see Check-in Site General tab.
- On the Receptionists tab, customize the privileges of the Receptionist. For more information, see Check-in Site Receptionists tab.
- Click Save and Close.
- Optional:
To edit system variables for the check-in site, open Options &
Tools → System Variables.
- Expand the Visitor Management category.
- Toggle the system variables for the C•CURE Portal to True or False. For more information on the C•CURE Portal System Variables, see System Variables for the C•CURE Portal.
