Configuring the check-in site in the Administration Workstation

Before the Receptionist starts any tasks in the Reception portal, configure the check-in site in C•CURE 9000 Administration Workstation.

  1. In the C•CURE 9000 Administration Workstation, open the C•CURE Portal dynamic view.
  2. From the drop-down list, select Check-in Site and click the green arrow.
  3. To open the Check-in Site editor, create a new check-in site or edit an existing check-in site:
    • To create a new check-in site, click New.
    • To edit an existing check-in site, in the dynamic view, double-click a check-in site.
  4. On the General tab, define the data collection options required when the visitor is checking-in to the Visit Site. For more information, see Check-in Site General tab.
  5. On the Receptionists tab, customize the privileges of the Receptionist. For more information, see Check-in Site Receptionists tab.
  6. Click Save and Close.
  7. Optional: To edit system variables for the check-in site, open Options & ToolsSystem Variables.
    1. Expand the Visitor Management category.
    2. Toggle the system variables for the C•CURE Portal to True or False. For more information on the C•CURE Portal System Variables, see System Variables for the C•CURE Portal.
