Visit Site | |
Default Visitor Partition |
The system Partition where new Visitor records are created, when new Visitors are added from the Visit Management Web Portal. This field is not required. If no Partition is selected, the Visitors are created in the Partition of the Visit Site. When a Visit is created in C•CURE Portal, the Default Visitor Partition field also detects which Visitors can be appended to a newly-created Visit. Note: If you change the Default Visitor
Partition field after the visit site has been accessed in C•CURE
Portal, access rules for the Visitor record might be modified in
previous Visit records.
|
Visitor Template |
Select a Personnel template to use when the Host creates a Visitor on the Visit Management Web Portal. This creates a new Personnel record for the Visitor. You can use a template to assign certain Personnel fields to a Visitor, including fields that you cannot configure from the Visit Web Portal, for example, Clearances that are assigned to the Visit. In addition, the template can also provide default values for the Personnel fields, and the option to randomly assign a card number to Visitor records that are created from the Visitor template. Only templates with the Personnel Type of Visitor are available for selecting. This field is not required. If this field is left blank, when you create Visitors through Web Portal, the corresponding personnel record has the Visitor Personnel Type. |
Visitor Label Layout |
Select a Visitor label layout to apply to the Visit Site. Visitor labels are stickers that visitors wear to display information similar to a C•CURE ID badge. You can configure the C•CURE Kiosk to print Visitor labels upon check in. See Printing Visitor labels from the C•CURE Kiosk for more information. |
Visit Site Time Zone |
Click to select a time zone for the Visit Site. When you create Visits, they use their Visit Site's time zone. If you do not select a time zone for the Visit Site, then Visits to that site do not have a time zone. If the Visit Site and the C•CURE 9000 server are in
different time zones, ensure that you configure the time zone for
the Visit Site.
Note: Changing
the Visit Site Time Zone does not modify the time zones of
existing Visits already assigned to that Visit Site. To adjust
an existing Visit's time zone to match the Visit Site Time Zone,
see Adjusting Selected Visits. Note: To avoid time zone inconsistencies, do not
change the Visit Site Time Zone after configuring and using the
Visit Site in the Visitor Management system. Note: If your Visitor Management system has migrated from an older
version that did not support time zone management, create new
Visit Sites with Visit Site Time Zones and assign all scheduled
Visits to the new Visit Sites. Completed Visits can be assigned
to their original Visit Sites without a time zone. See Creating a Visit Site from the C•CURE Portal pane for creating
Visit Sites. |
Email QR Codes to Visitors |
Select this option to generate a QR code for each Visitor in a Visit that is associated with this Visit Site. The QR code is included in the confirmation email, and you can use these QR codes for express check-in at the C•CURE Kiosk. This selection is importable and exportable for Journal Reports and Activity Queries. For more information about Visit Sites see Managing Visits. |
Kiosk Final Screen Timeout |
Select an option to determine how long the final screen displays when users check in with the C•CURE Visit kiosk. In the drop-down menu, there are three options.
|
Visit Templates | |
Add |
Click this button to add one or more Visit Templates to the Visit Site. These fields appear when the Host uses the Visit Web Portal to configure a visit. Different Visit Sites might use different sets of Visit UDFs. A Host using the Visitor Management Web Portal can choose among the Visit Templates on the site when creating or modifying a Visit. On the Name Selection form that appears, you can click the drop-arrow on to create a new Visit Template. Note: Since the Visit template controls which Clearances are assigned for a Visit, it is useful for the Host to be able to assign different sets to different Visitors.
C•CURE 9000 Visit editor shows all the Visit UDFs registered in the system, only the Visit Web Portal respects the selection of the Visit Site of the Visit. Note: When C•CURE Portal creates a visit using a
Visit template, the template's Visit Site and Time Zone properties
are ignored, and are replaced with the properties of the Visit Site
that you create the visit for. |
Remove |
Select a row in the Visit Templates table and click this button to remove a Visit Template from the site. If you remove a Visit Template from the Visit Site, no existing Visits that were created from this Template are changed, only Visits created from this point forward will be unable to use the Template you removed. |

Displays the name of a Visit Template you have chosen for this Visit Site. |
Description |
