Registering to access the Visitor Management web portal

To access the C•CURE Portal, you must register your email address. If you have been informed by email to log on with Windows credentials, you can log on using your email address and Windows password, without having to register.

To register as a Host, Requester, or Approver, you must already have:

  • A Personnel record in C•CURE 9000.
  • An email address configured in that Personnel record.
  • Basic authentication enabled in that Personnel record.
  • The option for Can Host Visits, Can Approve Requests, or Can Submit Requests selected in your Personnel record.
  1. On the C•CURE Portal login screen, click Register.
  2. Enter the email address that is configured in your C•CURE 9000 Personnel record.
  3. Click Send Request.
    Note: If your email address is not recognized by the C•CURE 9000 server as valid (assigned to a Host), an error message displays.

    If your registration request is accepted, and you are configured to use Windows Authentication, a message displays, and you are sent back to the main login screen. Your user name is the email address that assigned to your Personnel record in C•CURE 9000. Your password is your Windows password.

    If your registration request is accepted, and you are configured to use Basic Authentication, and you have not registered previously, you are sent a C•CURE Portal Registration email with a registration link. The link expires after one hour.

    Note: The message that the registration email has been sent does not guarantee that the message will be delivered. For example, the C•CURE 9000 email server may not be configured or is not available, or your email address is invalid.

    If you have not received a registration email within five minutes, try to verify your email address by sending a test message to it from another email application, or contact the administrator of the C•CURE 9000 server.

  4. After clicking the link, complete the registration and log on.
    1. On the Complete Registration page, in the Email Address field, enter your email address.
    2. In the New Password field, enter a new password. You can only register if the password is strong, which is indicated by a green bar on the screen.
    3. In the Confirm Password field, confirm your new password.
    4. Click Send Request.
    5. On the Registration Completed screen, click Back to Login.
    6. In the Username field, enter the registered email address.
    7. In the Password field, enter the registered password.
    8. Click Log In.
