Configuring Personnel Email for Hosts, Requesters or Approvers
You can configure an email address in a Personnel profile so that a Visit Host, Access Requester or Access Approver can use the Email address to access the Visitor Management Web Portal.
To Configure Email for Hosts, Requesters or Approvers
- Navigate to the Personnel pane and perform a Quick Search to find Hosts, Access Requesters or Access Approvers. See Using a Quick Search to Find Hosts, Requesters or Approvers.
- Click to view a list of Personnel.
- Select the person you wish to edit.
- Click the Web and Email tab.
- In the Email address field, enter the email address for the person.
- Click Save and Close.
