Configuring Personnel Email for Hosts, Requesters or Approvers

You can configure an email address in a Personnel profile so that a Visit Host, Access Requester or Access Approver can use the Email address to access the Visitor Management Web Portal.

To Configure Email for Hosts, Requesters or Approvers
  1. Navigate to the Personnel pane and perform a Quick Search to find Hosts, Access Requesters or Access Approvers. See Using a Quick Search to Find Hosts, Requesters or Approvers.
  2. Click green-arrow-w-dropdown.png to view a list of Personnel.
  3. Select the person you wish to edit.
  4. Click the Web and Email tab.
  5. In the Email address field, enter the email address for the person.
  6. Click Save and Close.
