Removing a clearance
You can remove a clearance from the clearance list in the Review Access Requests area.
- If there is an active request with only one person included, you can revoke the request and remove the clearance for that person
- If there is an active request with more than one person included, you can perform
the following actions:
- Revoke the request and remove the clearance from all personnel included in the request. After revoking a request, the user who created the request receives an email notification of the revoked state of the request, and the request state changes to revoked.
- Remove the clearance from a specific person, so that the state of the request does not change.
