Revoking a request and removing the clearance for all personnel included in a request

You can revoke a request so that clearance will be canceled for all personnel included in the request.

  1. Click the Review Access Requests menu option.
  2. Select a Clearance from the Clearance list.

    A list of all Personnel associated with Clearance displays.

  3. Select a Personnel Name.
  4. Click Revoke Request.

    The Revoke Request or Remove Assigned Clearance dialog box displays. Select the option to Revoke for everyone or Remove for selected person. If revoking a request for one person, the Revoke Request or Remove Assigned Clearances dialog is not displayed.

  5. Click Apply
  6. In the Comment field, type a comment for the revoked request. This comment is included in the email notification sent to the requester.
  7. Click Revoke.
