Clearance types

Use the Audit by Clearance and Person option to view all current clearances, and the personnel who have access to the clearance. You can revoke clearances if the person shouldn't have access to the clearance. See Revoking a request.

You can use the Audit by Clearance and Person option to view whether a clearance has been assigned by request in the C•CURE Portal, or if the Clearance has been assigned without using an access request, for example, by editing the personnel record in the Administration Workstation. The following table shows the two types of clearances.

Click View Request... to view more information about the clearance. This field is only available in clearances assigned by request.

Hover over personnel to view the personnel included in the clearance.

To revoke the clearance, click Revoke.

  • If you click Revoke for a request with only one personnel, the request is revoked.

  • If you clickRevoke for a request that has more than one personnel, you can choose whether to revoke the request or remove the clearance from an individual person.

To remove the clearance from the person's record, click Revoke
