Revoking a request and removing the clearance for a request with only one person

  1. Click the Review Access Requests menu option.
  2. Select a Clearance from the Clearance list.

    A list of all Personnel associated with Clearance displays.

  3. Select thePersonnel Name you want to revoke a clearance for.
  4. Click Revoke Request.
  5. In the Comment field, type a comment for the revoked request. This comment is included in the email notification sent to the requester.
  6. Click Revoke.
