Reviewing a Clearance
You can review a clearance from the Review Access Requests menu option.
- Click the Review Access Requests menu.

Select a Clearance from the Clearances
list.
A list of all Personnel associated with the Clearance displays.

Click the View Personnel button to review the personnel
associated with the Clearance.
The Personnel tab opens. Use the Search by Name or Email field to search Clearances by Personnel. You can click on a Personnel result to show their access request in the Access Requests tab. You can then click View to see the Access Request in detail.
- Click Renew Request or Revoke Request or close the view to go back to the Clearance list.
- Click Review Complete.
- In the Comment field, type a comment to associate with the reviewed clearance request. This comment is included in the email notification sent to the requester.
- Click Review Complete.
