Removing a clearance for an individual person in a request with multiple personnel

You can remove a clearance for an individual person, so that the request remains active and does not change for any additional personnel in the request.

  1. Click the Review Access Requests menu option.
  2. Select a Clearance from the Clearance list.

    A list of all Personnel associated with the Clearance displays.

  3. Select the Personnel Name you want to revoke a clearance for.
  4. Click the Remove button under the Access Requests tab.

  5. Click OK.
