Visit General Tab

In the Visit editor General tab, you can define or generate the Visit Name, find, add, or remove Visitors, and find or remove Hosts. You can also select Visit Start and Visit End times and select a Visit Site and a Visit Time Zone.

The General tab Visitors list and the Hosts list both have right-click context menus. If you right-click an entry in the Visitors List, two selections appear.

Edit: Select this to edit the Personnel record of the Visitor or Host.
Assign Temporary Credential: Select this to open a dialog box to assign a temporary credential to the Visitor. See Assigning a Temporary Credential to a Visitor for more information.

Note: If you right-click an entry in the Hosts list, only the Edit selection appears.
