Manage arriving Visitors for unplanned visits
If Visitors arrive for an unplanned visit, you can create a visit to keep track of their visit.
Procedures differ for a given site, but usually an unplanned visit requires:

The Host’s personnel record is modified to enable Can Host Visit. If needed, might require personnel administrative privileges. |

A visit object is created, and the Host is added to the visit. |

Check in the Visitors, optionally assigning and issuing temporary credentials. |

When the visit is over, check out the Visitors, collect any issued access cards, and return temporary credentials. |
