Visit Sites |
The Visit Site for this Visit. The Visit Sites are created and maintained in the C•CURE 9000 database by a C•CURE 9000 administrator. Visit Sites cannot be edited from the Visit Web Portal. You can, however, change the Visit Site for a Visit, for example, if the wrong Visit has been selected by mistake. |
Visit Template |
The Template used to specify the default details of the Visit. This includes the Clearances for the Visit locations, any documents attached to the Visit email invitation, and the Visitors and Hosts who are included by default in the Visit. The Visit Templates are created and maintained in the C•CURE 9000 database by a C•CURE 9000 administrator. Visit Templates cannot be viewed or edited from the Visit Web Portal. You can change the Template associated with the Visit. This could modify the list of Clearances assigned to the Visit in C•CURE 9000. Therefore it is recommended that Visit Templates be named appropriately, and Hosts should be familiar with the Visit Templates provided by their Visitor Management site. |
Start | The start Date and Time for the Visit. Can be modified by the Host(s). |
End | The End
Date and Time for the Visit. Can be modified by the Host(s). A Visit can extend over multiple days. |
Visitors | A list
of the Visitors for the Visit. Initially consists of the Visitors who were specified in the Template. The list cannot be empty - it must include at least one Visitor. You can edit this list to add or remove Visitors. |
Hosts |
A list of the Host(s) for the Visit. Initially this list consists of the Host who is editing the Visit, and any Hosts who were specified in the Template (if any). You can edit this list to add or remove Hosts. You can remove your own host record from the list, but you will still be considered an administrator of the Visit, but not the Host. The Visit will still appear on your list of Visits. |
Additional Details tab | |
Visit Name |
The name of the Visit (either automatically generated by the system or named by the Host(s). If the name is automatically generated by the system, this field is left blank. The Host can enter any name and any time, or make the name blank (which will generate the automatic name behind the scenes on the server when the Visit is saved.) |
Description | A textual description of the Visit, initially defined by the Template, but it can be modified by the Host(s). |
Visitor
Instructions
Host Instructions |
Textual Instructions for the Visit. There are separate fields for visitor instructions and for host instructions. For example, the instructions could specify the building name, driving directions, parking arrangements, doors to enter, and any other information that would help Visitors or Hosts. The Host(s) can edit the Instructions. When a host creates a Visit, the visitor receives an email with the Visitor Instructions. The host receives an email with the Host Instructions and the Visitor Instructions when the visitor checks in. The Host Instructions are only emailed to the hosts. |
Additional Fields |
