Visitor Details

The Visitor Details screen provides fields that define a Visitor who is included in your visit. You can Edit Visitor Details to specify the Visitor Last Name, First Name, and Email Address.

There may be additional Personnel fields on the Visitor Details screen that are specific to the Visit Site for the Visit.

These fields are added to the Visit Site by a C•CURE 9000 Administrator, and are available to be edited on the Visitor Details screen.

You can type information into the Visitor Details fields and then click Save to save your changes.

Mandatory fields are indicated by an asterisk next to their label to indicate that you cannot leave this field blank.

Field/Button Description

Last Name

The last name of the Visitor.

First Name

The first name of the Visitor.

Email Address

The Visitor’s email address. This field needs to be filled in so that Visitor Management can email a Visit invitation to the Visitor.

Additional Fields

Displays any additional field that were specified on the Visit Site. These are fields from the Personnel record, including User-defined fields, that are included on the Visitor Details screen. For example, in the figure above, a User-defined Field, as well an Option field and a customer text field, are included.
