Field	Description
Visitor Instructions	Use this field to enter instructions for the Visit. For example, meeting area directions or agenda. You can print out the instructions when you Check In visitors. See The Check In Visitors screen. The Visitor Instructions are limited by 32767 characters. The Visitor Instructions can include URLs. Right-click inside the text field for a list of formatting options. You can insert meta tags so that the instructions include the name of the Visitor, the name of the Visit, or the name of the Visit Site.
Host Instructions	Use this field to enter instructions for the Visit that only the host can access. The Host Instructions are limited by 32767 characters. The Host Instructions can include URLs. Right-click inside the text field for a list of formatting options. You can insert meta tags so that the instructions include the name of the Host, the date of the Visit, or the name of the Visit Site.

Note: When you use a Visit Template as the basis of a Visit created through the Web Portal, the Clearances assigned to the Visit are not visible to the host on the Web Portal. However, if the host switches the Visit to a new Visit Template, this might change the Visit's Clearances. Include information in the instructions about the locations that the Visit's Clearances provide access to, so that the host can view the Clearances on the Web Portal.
