Access Sites

The requester selects an Access Site after logging onto the C•CURE Portal, and uses the Access Site to create, submit, and manage their requests. The requester's access to an Access Site depends on how the administrator configures the Access Site with the Access Request Site editor. An administrator can configure each Access Site with the following settings:

  • Allow all requesters - all personnel profiles configured with Can Submit Requests can use this Access Site.
  • Allow all requesters from Partition <partition-name> - every Personnel record designated with Can Submit Requests in the Partition can use this request site.
  • Custom Selection List - the administrator can select specific requesters who have permission to use the Access Site.

After logging in, if the requester selects:

  • All Sites - opens the Access Requester Main screen with a list of all access requests from all access request sites that the requester has permission to view. The requester cannot create new requests if the All Sites option is selected.
  • A specific Access Site - opens the Access Requester Main screen with a list of all access requests for that specific Access Site.
