Notification emails sent to requesters

Access requesters receive email notifications to notify them if there has been an update to their request. An email notification is sent if the access approver:

  • Approves the request
  • Rejects the request
  • Revokes the request

Requesters also receive an automatic email notification for expired requests, or for requests that are due to expire because they have not yet been approved. Emails are also sent when a request expires, and when a request gets canceled because it was not approved before it expired. See Automatic email notifications.

The message text is hardcoded except for the URL of the Web Portal, which is stored in the system variables for the C•CURE Portal. For more information, see System Variables for the C•CURE Portal
