Requesters

Personnel who have Can Submit Requests enabled in their personnel profile have permission to use the Access Requester application. There are certain limitations associated with using the Access Requester application:

• A requester can only create requests for the Access Sites that they have access to. Requesters' access to an Access Site is configured in the Access Request Site editor.
• A requester can create, save, submit and renew requests, but cannot Approve or Reject requests.
• A requester can revoke requests only if they created the request.
• In addition, the clearances that can be added to the request and the Personnel that can be added to the request are limited:
  • A requester cannot see clearances that are not assigned to the Access Site of the request.
  • A requester cannot see personnel that are not assigned to the Access Site of the request.
