Visit Quick Search definitions

Visit Name

You can enter a full or partial Visit Name to perform a search that returns Visit Names which contain the letters in the search string.

Visitor Name

You can enter a full or partial Visitor Name to perform a search that returns Visitor Last or Names which contain the letters in the search string.

Visit ID

You can enter the Visit ID to perform a search that returns the Visitor record.

The Visit ID is included in the email sent to the Visitor.

Host Name

You can enter a full or partial Host Name to perform a search that returns Host Last or Names which contain the letters in the search string.

Template

You can search for Visits that are Templates, or are not Templates.

- Blank - Search for Visits that are not Templates.

- Checked - Search for Visits that are Templates.

- Dimmed - Do not use this criteria in the search.

Visit Dates Visit Occurring

You can search for visits occurring:

• Today.

• Tomorrow.

• This Week (in conformance with the current user interface Culture setting).

• Next Week (in conformance with the current user interface Culture setting).

• On a Specified Day - displays a calendar field for you to select the date.

• Between Specified Days - displays two calendar fields so you can choose a date for "On or After" and "On or Before"

Select from the drop-down menu and enter any additional information needed.
