Visits

Hosts using the Web Portal can see and modify only the Visits that they created or of which they are a Host.
Hosts can modify Visit UDFs that are selected for the Visit Site that the Visit belongs to.
A Host who created a Visit from the Web Portal will be able to see and modify that Visit, even if they are not currently a Host of that Visit.

Example:

A Host creates a Visit, adds another Host and several Visitors. Later, the Host realizes they cannot host the Visit, so they remove themself as Host. They will still be able to view and edit the Visit.

Note: The Host can change the Visit Site of a Visit from one site to another, but cannot make blank selection. Only C•CURE 9000 Operators can create Visits which are not assigned to any Visit Site, but this scenario is not recommended.
