Creating a custom list of Clearances

You can create a customized list of Clearances that can submit requests in the Access Request Site in the Access Requester Portal.

To create a custom list of Clearances
  1. In the Access Request Site editor, select the Clearances tab.
  2. In the Clearances Selection Rules table, select Custom Selection List.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click select-button.png in the Select Type field to open the Select Type list with two Object types: Partition and Clearance.
    1. Select Partition type to be able to select Clearances from one or more of the system's Partitions to assign to this Access Request Site.
    2. On the Partition Selection list, select one or more Partitions and click OK.

      The selected Partitions are displayed in the Custom Selection list.

  5. Click Add and on the Select Type list, click select-button.png in the Select Type field and select Personnel type.
  6. Select the specific Clearances that are available to requesters when submitting a request in the Access Requester Portal from the Clearance Selection list and click OK.

    The selected Clearances are displayed in the Custom Selection list.

  7. Click Save and Close to save your Clearance settings.

    Alternatively, if you want to save the Clearance settings and create a new Access Request Site, click Save and New.

    You can also click Create Copy to create a copy of the current Access Request Site with its Requester entries.
