Configuring personnel settings in an Access Request Site
Use the Personnel tab to specify if the requester can request access for additional Personnel in the access request site in the Access Management Portal.
To enable additional personnel request to an Access Request Site
- Open the Access Request Site editor Personnel tab.

In the Personnel Selection Rules table, select one of the following options:
- Allow Requester Only to disable the option to add additional personnel to an access request in the Access Requester Portal.
- Allow Any Personnel in System to permit the requester to select all personnel from all partitions when adding additional personnel to a request in the Access Requester Portal
- Allow All Requesters from Partition Partition Default to permit the requester to select Personnel from the Access Request Site's Partition when adding additional personnel to a request in the Access Requester Portal
- Custom Selection List to create a customized list of Personnel available to requesters when adding additional personnel to a request in the Access Requester Portal. See Creating a custom list of Personnel.

Click Save and Close.
OR
Alternatively, if you want to save the Personnel settings and create a new Access Request Site, click Save and New. You can also click Create Copy to create a copy of the current Access Request Site with its Requester settings.
