Use the Audit by Clearance and Person menu option to audit all clearances
that you have permission to approve and to verify that only the correct personnel are
allowed access to each clearance.
When you display the audit tab by Clearance and Request, a list displays all
clearances you are currently authorized to view. When you click a clearance, you can
view all personnel who have been assigned that clearance. You can view whether the
clearance was assigned through approval in the C•CURE Portal, or if it was assigned
without using an access request. For example, by editing the personnel record in the
Administration Station.
Click View Request... to view further details about the access request associated with the clearance. This field is only available in clearances assigned in the C•CURE Portal.
To revoke the clearance, click the Revoke button.
If you click Revoke for a request with only one personnel,
the request is revoked.
If you click Revoke for a request that has more than one
personnel, you can choose whether to revoke the request or
remove the clearance from an individual person.
If you click Revoke for a tile that shows a manual
clearance assignment, the clearance assignment is
removed.
