Checking in at the C•CURE Kiosk device

There are a number of methods for checking into a Visit at the C•CURE Kiosk device; these depend on the configuration of the check-in site and the visit sites. The options on screen will vary depending on the configuration. See Check-in Site General tab and Visit Site Editor General Tab.Visitors can check in to Visits at the C•CURE Kiosk device using the following steps:

  1. Tap the screen to begin the check-in process.

    Complete the relevant check-in options.

    1. Enter your email address in the email address field or enter your first and last name in the name fields. Tap Continue. The Visit details display on the kiosk.

      Or

    1. If a Visit is not found, tap Yes on the Visit not found dialog box.
    2. Enter information into the required fields.

      Or

      Enter the email or first and last name of the host of your Visit. Tap their name when it appears.

      Note: If the Require Exact Match for Host Email option is enabled for the Check-In Site then you need to enter the exact email address of the host of your Visit.
    3. Tap Continue.
    4. Enter your information in the required fields and tap Continue.
      • If prompted, look at the camera and tap Take Picture. Tap Continue.
  2. Tap Finish to check in to the Visit.
