Multiple language support in the C•CURE Kiosk

C•CURE Kiosk supports multiple languages so that C•CURE 9000 administrators can use the Check-in Site editor to specify the languages in the C•CURE Kiosk for visitors. For more information, see Enabling multiple languages in a Check-in Site.

Multiple languages are only available for selection if the C•CURE 9000 Language Pack is installed on the C•CURE 9000 Server and Client. For more information about installing the Language Pack, see the C•CURE 9000 Installation and Upgrade User Manual.

You can use the Check-in Site editor to enable more than one language in the C•CURE Kiosk:

  • If you do not enable a language, the language configured in the iOS device is used as the default language in the C•CURE Kiosk.
  • If you enable only one language, C•CURE Kiosk displays that language only after the operator has logged in and selected a Check-in Site. The language configured in the iOS device is used as the default language in the log in screen.
  • If you select more than one language, C•CURE Kiosk provides a list of languages for visitors to select from when using the C•CURE Kiosk to check in. The language configured in the iOS device is used as the default language in the log in screen.
Note: If the language configured in the iOS device that you are using is not in one of the supported languages, the C•CURE Kiosk uses English as the default language.
