Printing failure
If there is an error when a visitor checks in that causes the printing attempt to fail, the Print Label button displays for the visitor. The visitor can click Print Label to try and print the label again. If the printing fails, a C•CURE 9000 administrator can print the Visitor label using the Administration Workstation. See Visit Status Tab. When the visitor taps Finish, the C•CURE Visit home screen displays and the visitor is checked into the visit regardless of printing status.
