Creating a Check-in Site

You can create a Check-in Site from the C•CURE Portal pane using the C•CURE Portal pane drop-down and the New button.

To Create a Check-in Site from the C•CURE Portal pane
  1. In the Navigation pane of the Administration Workstation, click C•CURE Portal to open the C•CURE Portal pane.
  2. Select Check-in Site from the drop-down list in the C•CURE Portal pane.
  3. Click New to create a new Check-in Site.
  4. Enter a name and description for this Check-in Site.
  5. Click the Click to select an image box to select an image to represent this Check-in Site. This image displays in the Check-in Site kiosk to visitors registering for their visit.
  6. Configure the Visit Sites, visitor data collection options, and kiosk-friendly messages documents for the Site using the General tab and the Messages tab.
  7. Click Save and Close.

    Alternatively, if you want to save the object and then create a new one, click Save and New. The current object is saved and closed, but the editor remains open and from there you can create a new object.
