Email Templates interface definitions
The following interface elements appear in the Email Templates interface.

messages available for customization. Note: The list of available templates is different
depending on whether you are using the email templates interface in
the Visit Site Editor Email Templates tab or the Access Request Site
Email Templates tab. For more information, see Visit Site Editor Email Templates tab and Access Request Site Email Templates tab. All columns in the message grid are
read-only, except the Custom column. |

Template number column | Lists the numerical indicators associated with each email template. |
Custom column | Use the check-boxes to select
an email template to create a customized message. Note: If a template's check box is
selected, this means an administrator created a custom message that
overrides this email template for that Visit Site or Access Request
Site. It also means you can edit the email's script in the script
pane. You can remove customized text by deselecting the custom check
box. The customized text is deleted when you save the associated
Visit Site email template or Access Site email
template. |
Name column | Lists the names of the email templates. |
Description column | Lists textual descriptions of the email templates. |

the Email Templates interface and displays a selected email template's
script in text or HTML. The template's name is displayed in the Script

Script pane toolbar, click the View as Text button to select either
the View as Text or View as HTML options. Unless changed, the email
template automatically displays as text. |

pane. Note: When you select an
