Use the Email Templates tab to edit email templates for Approvers and Requesters. ee Email Templates user interface for more information on editing email templates.

Field/Button	Description
Access Request Notification Subject	The subject of the email that is sent to request Approvers.
Access Request Created	The text of the email that is sent to Approvers to notify them that a new Access Request has been created.
Nightly Notification Message to Requesters	The text of the email that is sent to Requesters when requests need to be removed.
Nightly Notification Message to Approvers	The text of the email that is sent to Approvers when requests have been pending for a long time.
Notification about Request State Change	The text of the email that is sent to Requesters when there is a state change for a request that was issued previously.
