Enabling access to the C•CURE Portal

To enable access to the C•CURE Portal you must complete the following tasks:

  • The Host, Requester or Approver must have a personnel record in the C•CURE 9000 database.
  • The Host, Requester or Approver's personnel profile must be configured for basic or Windows authentication. The person must have a valid, unique email address. See Authentication for Hosts, Requesters or Approvers and Configuring personnel email for Hosts, Requesters or Approvers.
  • If a Host, Requester or Approver is using basic authentication, they must register to access the C•CURE Portal. See Registering to access the Visitor Management web portal.
  • The following settings must be enabled in the Web and Email tab of the person's C•CURE 9000 personnel profile:
    • Can Host Visits - Provides access to the Visitor Management application.
    • Can Submit Requests - Provides access to the Access Requester application.
    • Can Approve Requests - Provides access to the Access Approver application.
