Adding Visitors in bulk

A Host can use the bulk add operation to add multiple Visitors to a Visit simultaneously. The bulk add operation uses a CSV or TXT file that contains records of data fields that correspond to the Active Fields for the active Visit Site. See Visit Site editor - Active Fields tab for more information. The fields in the record are delimited by commas. Each record represents a Visitor. You can add multiple files into the same Visit.

Before bulk adding Visitors to a Visit, ensure that you complete the following procedure:

• Ensure that your Visit Site has the Email Address Visitor field set to Is Mandatory. See Visit Site editor - Active Fields tab.
• Ensure that you have Can Host Visits enabled in your Personnel record.
