Context Menu for Visits
If you right-click a Visit in this view, the context menu displays menu selections described in Visit Context Menu.
Selection | Description |
---|---|
Edit | Open the Visit editor. |
Delete | Delete the selected Visit |
Set property | Change the Property value of a
field in all the selected Visits. In the dialog box, click the three-dot menu to open a list of properties. Click the property that you want to change. You can then change the value of this property by changing the Value field. |
Export Selection | Open an Export... to XML or CSV file dialog box to export one or more of the selected Visits to either an XML or a CSV file. This allows you to quickly and easily create XML or CSV reports on the selected data. |
Find in Audit Log | Opens a Query Parameters dialog box in which you can enter prompts, modify the query criteria to search for entries in the Audit Log that reference the selected Visit, or both. When found, the results display in a separate Dynamic View. For more information, refer to the C•CURE 9000 Data Views Guide, 8200-2102-04. |
Find in Journal | Opens a Query Parameters dialog box in which you can enter prompts, modify the query criteria to search for entries in the Journal that reference the selected Visit, or both. When found, the results display in a separate Dynamic View. For more information, refer to the C•CURE 9000 Data Views Guide, 8200-2102-04. |
Associate Tag | Tag a visit with a tag object. From the Select Type menu, you can choose from General Tag or Location Tag. For more information on tags, refer to the Options & Tools Pane section in the C•CURE 9000 Getting Started Guide, 8200-2102-07. |
Adjust Visits | Assign Visits to a Visit Site, change the time zone of Visits to match the current Visit Site, or move the time of Visits backward or forward. For more information, see Adjusting Selected Visits. |
Check Visitors In | The Check Visitors In option
displays if there are Visitors that have not been checked in for this
Visit. Opens the Check In Visitors screen, so that you can check in Visitors, print badges, or print Instructions. |
Check Visitors Out | The Check Visitors Out option
displays if any Visitors have been checked in for this Visit. Opens the Check Out Visitors screen, so that you can check out Visitors and return badges. |
